My entire family has been going to Dr. Sandknop since 1995. We love and adore all the people that work in his office. We have always been treated well and have gotten wonderful care from the doctors, physician assistants, nurses and staff. Yes, there are times that you have to wait, but I believe that is a testament to the fact that they take a personal interest in the patients and that they don't turn any one away. If you need medical care they will work with you to make sure that your physical and mental well being is of the utmost priority. I took my children to Dr. Sandknop when they were infants because I felt that the pediatricians did not help them when they were sick. My boys are still treated by this physician and his staff and we would not consider going any where else.

The magazines in their waiting room were so boring. It made my time in the waiting room drag. They were extremely late to all my appointments. I always had to wait over an hour for them to show up. Every time I visit, I have to remind them why I'm visiting them. It makes me feel like they don't care about me. They didn't follow through with almost everything they told me I would get when I first arrived. I feel like they slighted me. I did experience some pain that I felt could have been avoided, but it wasn't too bad.

Yes, the office was well organized and taken care of

No, I felt confused and uneasy when I left
