This place is the best I have been going hear for about 15 years. They have a great staff for the most part. A few of then are to big for there britches. But that's just me. They are all great at explaining things and making sure I feel comfortable. I can be a tough client. So this is relay saying a lot for there patients and ability to explain things well.

They barely gave me any information at all. I'm going to have to do my own research to get my questions answered. Their staff was friendly enough, but they didn't go out of their way to help me. They didn't help me as much as I was hoping and didn't answer all my questions. I cannot speak personally on Dr. Sandknopt, This the VA side of his office. Ive found that when I tell my primary what problems I am having they seem to be ignored and when my primary is suppose to call me back, they never do. Ive been seen several times there and have mentioned my problems for almost a year and are now getting worse. Usually takes a month for an appointment to see a P.A.
