I was worried that they were going to wear an obnoxious cologne, because I've dealt with that at other places, but they didn't even wear cologne. It was fantastic to be able to breathe freely the entire time. They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. I love that I can count on them to work with me until they find a solution for my situation. Other places I've visited, seem to give up after they don't have an answer for me the first time, but not here. The chairs they had in the waiting room were average, I would say. They weren't amazing but they weren't totally uncomfortable either.
