Never! They have lots of business, but they do such a great job of never overbooking.

I like my doctor, but it is hard for me to get in to see him unless I have scheduled an appointment well in advance. If I need to get in on the same day, I almost always have to see one of the PA's or nurse practitioners. I have not always been confident that what they have told me is accurate. For example, when I complained of side effects from a statin and wanted to get off statins altogether and try something different, the nurse practitioner told me that there wasn't anything else they could prescribe for my high cholesterol. I knew this is inaccurate because one of the doctors had my husband on a non-statin med that lowers cholesterol.

They answered most of my questions but I could have used more information. Their staff was not that friendly, and didn't go out of their way to make me feel welcome. They didn't help me as much as I was hoping and didn't answer all my questions. The office was easy enough to find. If you have questions later it tak repeated calls & messages to get anyone to return phone calls. I didn't feel like Kristen Brannon, NP was interested in the least regarding my concerns about medications, or side effects & she wouldnt return a single phone call. After being a patient here for 3 frustrating years it's time to find another Dr.
