He/she would never do that! Their full attention is always on me.

The waiting room here is spacious. I never feel like I have to sit too close to someone or that it is overcrowded. The restrooms at this provider's office were clean and well-maintained. You could tell that they cleaned them regularly. I've been to one or two places that had a really bad smell. I was worried I would encounter it here too but I didn't notice anything. I haven't seen any coupons or discounts for this provider's office, but I haven't really looked. They never mention anything about promotions when I'm there. I was completely at ease during my appointment here. They went to great lengths to make sure I was completely relaxed and comfortable the entire time.

I was happy and relieved that they were able to answer all of my questions. I felt like I got a good amount of information. I don't think I have ever been put on hold here for a long time and am so impressed with how quickly all of my questions are answered. There's nothing worse than having to wait on hold for a half an hour just to get someone to talk to you. I couldn't believe how knowledgeable and well-informed the staff was. They were able to answer all my questions, except the ones they needed to have their boss's input on. It was great to be able to talk to such a skilled staff. I love that they never cancel their appointments last minute here. I can always count on them to be there for me.

They were by far one of the best I've ever seen in their field. It was obvious that they've been exceeding their clients' expectations for many years. I feel like they go out of their way to accommodate my schedule. I always get the appointment time I want. They always dress so professionally here, the entire staff obviously makes an effort to look their best and maintain a very professional appearance. They never have that typical, annoying music playing here. If they do play music it is soothing and appropriate for the setting.

Their office was nice and quiet. I was worried it would be overly loud but it was fine. They had a few different appointment times available but none were perfect for my schedule. It was nice to see them treat their staff with so much respect. It was obvious that they had a good relationship with all of their staff members.
