I got an appointment quickly. I've never had to wait too long. Every time I come here they always remember me by name and greet me as soon as I walk in the door, even if it's been months since my last appointment. They are so thoughtful and amazingly sweet, I just love this place. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. I've been places before where they were argumentative and angry, so I was nervous that I would encounter that here as well. Instead, they were very calm and understanding the entire time. I could tell they really care about everyone who visits them. Just as a side note, I was very impressed with how conveniently located this business was and how close it was to other shopping centers. It was so easy to find, I didn't have any trouble at all.

Dr. Ross is very courteous and actually listens. He is more open minded about natural options and doesn't just hand out antibiotics for every issue. His staff is very competent and friendly. We don't mind the 30 minute drive to use his services, which speaks for itself!

I was completely at ease the office staff and doctor were completely patient and seemed genuinely concerned about every detail of my condition. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. They go out of their way to make everyone feel equally respected and cared for. I've seen client favoritism at some of the other places I've been, and I really appreciate the extra effort they make to avoid that here. I was completely at ease during my appointment here. They went to great lengths to make sure I was completely relaxed and comfortable the entire time.

I could tell that they took pride in their office's appearance. It was very well organized and well taken care of. Not only did I find a parking spot right away, but I knew my car was safe because the spots were designated and close to the entrance. The waiting room here is spacious. I never feel like I have to sit too close to someone or that it is overcrowded. It is so refreshing to see a provider that you can tell truly cares about their appearance. They strive to maintain a professional appearance and look their best at all times.

My favorite thing about Dr. Ross is that he will prescribe a trip to the vitamin shop over the pharmacy! He is definitely not a "medication is the only answer" sort of doctor. Nutrition is always discussed, and he is very inclined to pull out a stack of his current reading on health, to help guide a patient. A small criticism is that he seems to show less favor over a patient's own cause and effect discovery of a supplement, etc. I think he'd rather offer the advice first, lol.

He has one grumpy office staffer who shall go unnamed. She is this way on the phone and in person. Office staff is the first and last point of contact, and should provide a positive experience.
