No, they've never taken personal calls with me

Absolutely! They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen

Not at all! They are always respectful and courteous!

No, They definitely believe in quality over quantity and allow more than enough time in between appointments

i used this doctor for 2 years then my daughter got Mono. This doctor just said oh it is streph(with no Streph test) gave her antibotics and out the door we went. The next day when my daughter got worse i took her to Care Now. That is when they waled in the room and said she had Mono.
My husband and i were also not happy with the dog in the office.

They barely gave me any information at all. I'm going to have to do my own research to get my questions answered. Their staff was friendly enough, but they didn't go out of their way to help me. I feel like my appointment was pointless. None of my questions were answered, nothing was accomplished, and I felt worse when I left. THIS IS THE ABSOLUTE WORST DOCTOR (?) I HAVE EVER SEEN IN MY LIFE. I WOULD NEVER NEVER GO THERE AGAIN OR RECOMMEND THIS ...person. AWFUL
