Absolutely not! I was seen right away!

They would never suggest that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me. They were always very considerate and professional. I've never had to worry about them being understaffed or not being able to help me right when I need it. They have a huge staff that's very knowledgeable and qualified. Not only were they able to provide everything they promised me, they went above and beyond and exceeded my expectations. What I really loved was how friendly the doctor and staff were here. I felt so welcome and will definitely be with them for the long haul. This provider has helpful information available online, which is really convenient. They have a good website and online presence.

It was nice to see them treat their staff well. Their office was quiet. Staff were very polite and helpful and made sure that I had everything I needed.

The staff was extremely warm and welcoming, and made every effort to make me feel right at home. They are so friendly and inviting. I've been places before where they were argumentative and angry, so I was nervous that I would encounter that here as well. Instead, they were very calm and understanding the entire time. I could tell they really care about everyone who visits them. The chairs they had in the waiting room were pretty high quality. I thought they were nice and comfortable. They gave me sufficient information to make a decision about my treatment plan. They made sure that their qualifications were obvious. I was confident that I was under the care of a professional.
