I've been a patient of his since the mid 1990's. Two yrs ago, I wanted him to see my mother who suffered from Alzheimer's. I sent him a letter detailing what was going on with her and her quirks, plus a dvd of the CT scan of her brain. Dr. Westbrook practically spent his whole afternoon working with my mom. That was amazing.

After Mom's diagnosis, I started having health issues and went in to see him. After my BP was taken, Dr. W came into the room, sat down and looked at me and said, "What the heck is going on with you? Your BP's always been better than mine, now this?" He then spent about 30 mins with me just talking about the affects caregiving for my mom was having one me.
Now that's a real doctor!

Did a staff member acknowledge or greet you when you entered?
Immediately! They gave me a friendly greeting as soon as I walked in

They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have. They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. They always dress so professionally here, the entire staff obviously makes an effort to look their best and maintain a very professional appearance. They were so kind and attentive to me. I didn't have to worry about them arguing with me, or contradicting what I had to say, which has been a problem for me at other places. The staff really knows what they're doing, and they know a lot about the company they work for. They're able to answer most of my questions, and the only ones they don't are the ones they need their boss's approval for.
