They barely gave me any information at all. I'm going to have to do my own research to get my questions answered. Their staff was friendly enough, but they didn't go out of their way to help me. They didn't help me as much as I was hoping and didn't answer all my questions. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. If I couldn't find anyone better, I'd return again, but I'm hoping I can find better service somewhere else.

Their staff is very friendly and professional. The waiting room here is spacious. (TV!) I never feel like I have to sit too close to someone or that it is overcrowded. They have a very good professional reputation. I know that I'm under the care of an expert.

There was lots of available parking at their office. I was glad that I didn't have to drive around looking for parking. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. Let me just say that this business is in one of the safest areas around and you will be pleasantly surprised at how lovely the surroundings are. I've been other places that left me unattended for quite awhile, but not here. They would never leave me unattended and they always go the extra mile to make me feel cared for. The staff was warm and welcoming, which I appreciated. They are very friendly there.
