I was seen almost as soon as I walked in the door. I didn't have to reorganize my day around my appointment at all. They would never suggest that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me. They were always very considerate and professional. Every time I come here they always remember me by name and greet me as soon as I walk in the door, even if it's been months since my last appointment. They are so thoughtful and amazingly sweet, I just love this place.

The one thing that I really enjoy about this place is their high level of customer service. Their full attention is always on me and they never take personal calls during my appointment. I've been to other places that answer their phone and it just drives me crazy. The staff really knows what they're doing, and they know a lot about the company they work for. They're able to answer most of my questions, and the only ones they don't are the ones they need their boss's approval for. Whenever I make an appointment, I'm always confident that they're going to be ready for me at my scheduled time. At other places I've been to, it's always bothered me when they postpone my appointment, but they've never done that here. I am always so impressed with how quickly my calls are answered here. I am never put on hold for a long time and love knowing that if I have a quick question I won't have to wait a half hour through terrible music to get it answered.

Absolutely! They were very entertaining!

They were easy to reach in an emergency. When I called they answered right away and I was so relieved to hear a friendly voice. I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here. Just as a side note, this business is really conveniently located and is close to everything. It is right off and freeway and close to all kinds of shops. I was able to do my shopping for the week right after my appointment. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better.

They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed. I love how attentive they are here. Even when notified that they have a personal phone call, they always wait to take it later. Their full attention is always on me and it makes me feel special. The restrooms at this office were spotless. It smelled amazing in there and looked immaculate. I've been other places that left me unattended for quite awhile, but not here. They would never leave me unattended and they always go the extra mile to make me feel cared for.

I am going to refer everyone I know here. I absolutely love this place. I was very satisfied with my visit. They were helpful and I left feeling encouraged. They gave me sufficient information to make a decision about my treatment plan. The restrooms at this office were spotless. It smelled amazing in there and looked immaculate. I was completely at ease during my appointment here. They went to great lengths to make sure I was completely relaxed and comfortable the entire time. The chairs in the waiting room were of the highest quality. I was so comfortable while waiting for the appointment. I was in awe at the level of service I received. They completely surpassed all my expectations and I will absolutely be going back. I didn't experience any unnecessary pain during my visit, and I was amazed at how much better I felt after I left. They were so kind and attentive to me. I didn't have to worry about them arguing with me, or contradicting what I had to say, which has been a problem for me at other places.
