The office was easy enough to find. The waiting room here is spacious. I never feel like I have to sit too close to someone or that it is overcrowded. I didn't wait long at all. My appointment started on time, and the wait was much shorter than other offices I have been to. Their office equipment was in good shape and looked very current. I felt like everything was very safe. There was no annoying music playing while I waited or during my visit. I appreciated that they didn't have that typical elevator music on.

This Doctor and Staff/Team are so good I don't want anyone else to know about them, so that they will not be overused! Best Doctor and Staff I have ever used in my 54 years of life.

When comparing them to others I have visited for the same condition, they are among the best I have seen. They're always able to answer simple questions over the phone. They only make me schedule appointments if necessary. They were so kind and attentive to me. I didn't have to worry about them arguing with me, or contradicting what I had to say, which has been a problem for me at other places. As soon as I walked through the door, I was immediately greeted by the friendly staff. They went out of their way to make me feel special and appreciated. Not only do they never postpone my appointment, they always try to get me in as soon as possible. I love that I can always get an appointment right away, and I never have to worry about them rescheduling it.

My family has used this doctor since we moved to Houston in 1989. Their practice has only gotten better over the years. I wouldn't dream of going anywhere else.
