This person should not be a family practitioner. They are so rude and unfriendly-I will not be returning! They left me completely alone for a long time and I became very nervous. They never take that extra step to make me feel special. I haven't ever felt that they care enough to get to know me and that I'm almost an irritation. The office was easy enough to find. They were extremely late to all my appointments. I always had to wait over an hour for them to show up. They have 1 person to answer their phones and it takes over a half an hour to get an answer. The Dr. is the worst I have ever met with no bedside manners and we have been looking for someone to replace him after 15 yrs. of being his patient. This is the worst clinic/Dr. that we have ever used. We have waited over 2 hours every time or more and he has forgotten us and we sat there for hours several times. would I recommend him, no, not at all unless you don't speak English and are stuck like that.

Their prices were very fair. The level of care you get for the price is outstanding. They have really great customer service here. They always put their customers first, regardless of the situation. I was worried that they were going to wear an obnoxious cologne, because I've dealt with that at other places, but they didn't even wear cologne. It was fantastic to be able to breathe freely the entire time. I will definitely refer my friends and family here. They were great and I think more people should know about them. They were one of the kindest, most caring staff I've ever dealt with. It didn't matter how many times I called with a question or concern, they were always happy to help me.
