walked in asking if certain immunizations were available for my kid. Lied and said yes, waited an extremely long time. At the end of the visit said immunizations werent available.. So these people had already done physical and ran my insurance..
I am then stuck with not being able to immunize my child cause all other primary health providers needed to conduct a physical again that my insurance wont cover now because its already been completed.
Extermely difficult to get someone to answer their telephone lines..
