wait no longer than any other doctor i have seen. staff was friendly and courteous. gave full attention during visit felt like she cared.

After suffering a major health event, this Dr. couldn't be bothered to answer questions or spend time with me. She was clearly rushing because she was going out to lunch with her office staff. How digusting and incompetent.

Dr. apparently works part-time according to her receptionist who makes medical "decisions" for the doctor. Referrals are delayed and numerous follow up calls need to be made to get referrals pushed through. They blame it on the insurance company but insurance company states referrals were never received. Additionally, receptionist refused treatment and appointment when I was experiencing an emergency and then doctor called a few days later to follow up and stated she knew nothing about it. Receptionist lied about refusing appointment. FIND ANOTHER DOCTOR!!

Dr. McClelland and her staff provide me with great care and take an interest in my health and well-being. This doctor has even taken time to call me from her home in the evening to give me test results that she knew were important to me.
I would highly recommend her.

I've never had to worry about them being understaffed or not being able to help me right when I need it. They have a huge staff that's very knowledgeable and qualified. I was in awe at the level of service I received. They completely surpassed all my expectations and I will absolutely be going back. I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here. They had quite a few interesting magazines, which made my time in the waiting room go by much faster. Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they take time out of their day to send me a reminder so I don't forget. They are extremely reliable.
