They explained all the risks and benefits of my treatment options. Everything was explained in detail, all my questions were answered, and I felt a lot better about choosing a treatment plan. I feel like they go out of their way to accommodate my schedule. I always get the appointment time I want. They go out of their way to make everyone feel equally respected and cared for. I've seen client favoritism at some of the other places I've been, and I really appreciate the extra effort they make to avoid that here. They have a very good professional reputation. I know that I'm under the care of an expert. They always dress so professionally here, the entire staff obviously makes an effort to look their best and maintain a very professional appearance.
"Manny" has been my GP in San Antonio since 2005. He is thorough and competent. Scheduling has never been a problem. Once when referred to a specialist I felt uncomfortable with the MD. Manuel promptly referred me to another who did a superb job handling my cataracts.
As a retired engineer who did lots of research with MD's I DO tend to ask a lot of questions. Manuel listens and replies...
Highly recommended.
