I really like Dr. Judd, but I've had repeated problems with the incompetence of the staff--to the point that I will probably look for another PCP. Nobody there seems to know what's going on. He needs to fire them all and get some decent help.

this is unbelievable. I woke up with a uti and wanted to get in today and of course they aren't taking any patients because of some flu shot thing. I can't believe a practice would treat their patients like this. So I guess Ill be heading to the emergency room. Would highly suggest not going to this set of doctors. They treat their patients like crap.

Dr. Judd's prices are not fair at all, nearly double the cost of other PCPs in the area and I felt ripped off ($250 charge for less than 15 mins of time). He also uses his office as a training ground for students, so be prepared to have a student looking over his shoulder the entire time that you are being examined (this happened the last 2 out of 3 time I visited). He could work on improving his level of customer service here. He barely gave me any information at all at my last exam and referred me to hospital specialist that concluded "maybe your ailment will go away on it's own" (After charging $900 of course). I'm going to have to do my own research to get my questions answered. When comparing him to others in his field, I would say he is by far one of the worst I have ever seen. I will never return.
