Denied my Clonazepam by Judy hua Quan Chen I am taking 250 mg and more because Judy Quan Chen has denied me my Clonazepam for has been working for me for SEIZURE control. I have made an appointment with her and was denied my medical number and was told that I need private pay insurance . I have applied for disability because I cannot keep a steady job due to my seizures she denied my disability, I was seizure free for approx 31 years , now denied by Dr Mugabe Walker neurologist William Cooper Barton Gissell MD I do not believe they have their MD or neurology license . I am Catherine Rivera I am being denied my seizure medication and my anxiety medication for Clonazepam by Judy Quan Chen for her own personal reasons because bof her brother Lawrence Quan who was at one time my landlord . M539283 Catherine Sanchez Rivera 105 12th street alamosa Colorado 81101 I live in alamosa Colorado I do not believe William Cooper Barton gissell Dr mugabe walker are certified physicians I am on depakote and Clonazepam and was seizure free for 25 yrs then was pulled off of it and am now having about 25 grand Mal seizures last one was about 20 min long I was completely knocked out and personnel I believe are only med students Walgreens pharmacy in alamosa number is 1328931-09912 Rx and 719-589-3165.
