He's been a great doctor for our whole family for almost 6 years now. He's always easy to make appointments with and seems to take a real interest in how my family and I are doing.

Very competent and personable doctor. Very good manner about him, does not hurry at appointments and listens well. Knowledgeable in many areas. Plus he is a nice guy.

Their office equipment seems older but in good condition. Some is fairly current. I was comfortable with it. Just as a side note, I was very impressed with how conveniently located this business was and how close it was to downtown Springville. It was so easy to find, I didn't have any trouble at all. They always take that extra step to make me feel special. I always enjoy my appointments here. When comparing them to others I have visited for the same condition, the doctor is comparable and knowledgeable. When I called they answered right away. This office has fair prices and works with insurances or independent pay plans. Thank you!

Dr. McMaster is a bit off-beat, and some may not get him, but he is calculating your symptoms, and coming up with the best strategy for a cure. He incorporates nutrition into his plan, and unlike most physicians who shy away from the problems associated with being overweight-like diabetes, heart issues, carpal tunnel syndrome, leg and foot pain, sweating and offensive body odors, fatigue, breathing and sleep difficulties, feeling too hot, being passed over for promotions and disliked by others-he develops plans of action to help you succeed, even if you went in for a toe blister. He listens and cares. He's on your side, and is highly respected, even by the morbidly obese nursing staff in his office.

They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all.

They were extremely argumentative and became angry very easily. I was trying to explain my situation and they just contradicted everything I was saying before I could finish. I was worried that they were going to wear an obnoxious cologne, because I've dealt with that at other places, but they didn't even wear cologne. It was fantastic to be able to breathe freely the entire time. This provider has no helpful information available online, apart from their address and phone number. They just have a basic listings page. They didn't show any sort of attention to detail, which I think is very important. I was afraid they were going to miss or forget something important. Everything I told them seemed to go in one ear and out the other. I didn't feel like they cared about what I had to say at all.
