A few in reception are friendly but it's really difficult to talk via the phone. It's a long wait both on the phone and in the reception area. The suite number is also hard to find from the street. The building is in a maze!
MAs are rude and stupid. She told me at our first encounter that she does not need me as a patient if I won't go along with all her suggestions - applicable or not.
When I commented on the inaccuracy of the weighing and measuring it was somehow my fault as it couldn't be the accuracy of HER machine and Never mind the machine's operator, i.e. HER Staff. They could not be wrong.
When she told me she'd come back into the room she never did.
Staff do not wear name tags. They are rushed and unprofessional so there's not wonder they can't measure and weigh a person well.

HORRIBLE CHOICE

I should have known that Dr. Karen Bader was not a good choice when on my first visit I was told she "has other patients" when I said I had one more question. But no, I gave her another chance and had the worst experience EVER. I was having multiple joint pain and was referred for x-rays. After calling multiple times and being told the results were not in I called the imaging company to check on the status of my results and was informed those were e-mailed the day the x-rays were done. Now a week later I called Dr. Bader's office and was told again that the results were not in. I explained I felt I was not being cared for and my pain wasn't being taken seriously and was told that they will call me "when they can". I then recieved a call from Dr. Bader herself who tried to explain the issue was that "I" did not give the correct information regarding my last name when I checked in at her office. I explained to her that her office made a copy of my insurance card which has my full correct name and didn't know I needed to clarify my name of all things. All issues were treated as they were my fault and I received no compassion what so ever. This was the worst experience I have ever had with a physician and I work with them on a daily basis as



Don't go to this doctor!

10 unhappy years with Dr. Karen Bader. Misdiagnosed, bad follow up, does not answer pharmacy requests for refills. Today she denied my husband's blood thinner (coumadin) refill. He goes to the coumadin clinic monthly (another expense) since she doesn't want to be bothered with it. We had waited 3 weeks for the office to respond to pharmacy refill requests. Poor service, all they want to do is see you so that she can send you to a specialist. The worst doctor ever! My husband had a clot from his groin to his liver (undiagnosed by Bader) high blood pressure and she never ran any diagnostic test on him even when he complained of palpitations. The staff is horrible, expect to wait 15 minutes minimum to get someone to answer the phone to make an appointment. I just cannot tell all of the stories of bad service in 1000 characters.



WORST office staff I have ever encountered.

I have been to Dr. Bader for years - even though her office staff is HORRIBLE. my annual check up was billed as two appts rather than the checkup followed by a follow up. My insurance and myself called to have them resend it, the staff was rude, and refused to resend - does it really matter to them where the money comes from?? I wrote a letter explaining the situation to Dr. Bader, marked it confidential and included my cc number on the "collections" letter they had sent me. All I got in response was the collections letter mailed back to me!? I have no idea if I was charged or not?! Seven years of being a loyal patient, I should have gotten some sort of response from Dr. Bader. In addition.. this office has wait times of up to 30 mins on the phone - to be answered by rude staff who acts as if you interrupted them! I will be finding a new doctor
