They didn't display their qualifications. It made me nervous. I can tell it is maybe not a top priority to maintain a professional appearance here. They didn't look terrible, but there is definitely lots of room for improvement. I'm not always sure that they're going to work with me until they find a solution, and sometimes it seems like they're going to give up on trying to help me. I don't feel like I can always count on them. My appointments get canceled here a lot. I usually just go to someone else in the area because I can't count on them ever. They don't really take that extra step to make me feel special. I'm just another client to them. Front office is the worst I have ever seen. I have been hung up on and they are always rude.

Not really. I had to schedule an appointment for most of my questions.

They've never been late to any of my appointments. I've even showed up early sometimes and they've always been ready and prepared. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. Their primary concern is my safety and comfort, and they always take the time to address every concern of mine immediately. The restrooms at this office were spotless. It smelled amazing in there and looked immaculate. They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed.

They were one of the kindest, most caring staff I've ever dealt with. It didn't matter how many times I called with a question or concern, they were always happy to help me. Their office was well organized and clean. I could tell they took a lot of time making sure it was presentable. The staff was warm and welcoming, which I appreciated. They are very friendly there. Their staff is very friendly and professional. I was confident that they were using the latest treatment methods.
