I was confident that they were using the latest treatment methods. I was able to relax during my appointment here. Everyone makes sure you are comfortable and at ease. I don't know of anywhere else that would've taken better care of me. I had a great experience. I felt like my needs were mostly met, but they didn't make any extra effort. Ii like Dr Duke but the front office staff and phone answering are lacking.

I went in there for the first time with concerns about my health as I hadn't been to a doctor in quite some time so I decided to have multiple tests done to see where my general health was. Since I was a new patient I had to wait 2 weeks to get in.

I was put on blood pressure medicine for high blood pressure but also wanted to see where my cholesterol was and I wanted to get my foot checked out because I was having pain while walking.

So I had blood taken for testing and scheduled xrays 2 days later. After a week and a half I still hadn't heard back from the doctor. So I called to see if they had results. The woman that answered the phone told me "The doctor didn't call you because he didn't see anything wrong".

Well that's all well and good but I paid quite a bit of money to have tests done so I think I at least deserve a phone call to let me know the results. And besides, if the xray didn't show anything then other testing needs to be done. I am still in pain and other testing needs to be done to find out the problem.

One of the women behind the counter has an extremely bad attitude towards patients also.

In all I find this office lacking professional courtesy and would never recommend this office or this doctor to anyone.
