I am baffled that anybody would give this place 5 stars. I don't even know where to start. The place is an utter mess. The staff is incredibly unfriendly or even plain rude. On the phone, after being placed on hold every time, they hang up before you have finished your question. In the office, you just sense that everyone hates working there. You can overhear staff bickering and talking smack about the doctors. The waiting time is usually more than 30 minutes, then add waiting time in the consulting room, where you sit behind a curtain.
The office equipment looks like it has not been updated since 1950. You have no privacy and overhear the physician's conversation with other patients. The young guy from the waiting room, apparently was a hypochondriac and struggled with a lot of anxiety ...

On one occasion, I was asked to wait in the consulting room as Dr. Michele Ware wanted to get me some additional information. I waited for approx. 30 minutes when I realized that the office had become awfully quite. I finally got dressed and stepped out. There was nobody around. I went to the front desk. There was nobody. The files were out in the open. Maybe they were in a lunch meeting. I waited a little longer. The door to the waiting room and reception area opens to the street. It was unlocked. So I left. And if I can help it, I will never return!

One thing I don't like, is that I can't be confident that they'll work with me until they find the best solution for me. I'm always worried they're going to just settle with a solution that works. There was only a couple of times where the staff was actually able to answer my questions. Most of the time, they'd refer me to their boss or another staff member. I do not agree with the way they do business here, it is always their way or the highway. They are so uncooperative if a customer complains and are never willing to admit if they are wrong. Whenever I have a question, even if it's very basic, they always make me schedule an appointment, which is extremely frustrating.

My whole life I have been a relatively healthy person but the moment I became sick I discovered my doctor was not there for me. Dr. Burton, who is very good at prescribing things you don't want or need when you are healthy, could care less wether you are sick or not. He is a true profiteer and indifferent to suffering. After calling him when I was dreadfully ill over the holidays he told me there was nothing more he could do for me and to please stop calling him. This was after I called him 3 times begging for help over 10 days. He's rude, forgetful (after all, he's listed as 'retired') and can barely keep his appointments - you always wait over 45 minutes to see him.

With all the doctors that are out there and all the debates over healthcare there is no point in indulging a quack. Please take care of yourself and see somebody else.
