I have been with Dr. Borsook for 14 years and I will never go anywhere else. Of all the doctors I have seen before him and since (in any specialty), he is the one I actually enjoy seeing. His office staff is excellent and he is always pleasant and willing to find a solution to whatever ails you. He listens instead of looking into a laptop. Great doctor!

I love that they never cancel their appointments last minute here. I can always count on them to be there for me. They were one of the kindest, most caring staff I've ever dealt with. It didn't matter how many times I called with a question or concern, they were always happy to help me. The chairs in their waiting room were definitely above average. I was comfortable. They are always prepared for my appointment and remember everything about me. Their office was well organized and clean. I could tell they took a lot of time making sure it was presentable.

The office was easy enough to find. I could tell that they took pride in their office's appearance. It was very well organized and well taken care of. Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they take time out of their day to send me a reminder so I don't forget. They are extremely reliable. They have a very good professional reputation. I know that I'm under the care of an expert. I got an appointment quickly. I've never had to wait too long.
HOWEVER - getting prescription renewed is an entirely unreliable and ongoing problem - support staff is indadequate and there are very long waits on telephone on hold - with obnoxius music.
