location is convenient, off the 5 fwy.

The staff members need to work on "Customer Service" and effective communication ... they spend WAY too much time COMING up with excuses on why they CANT do something... instead of DOING IT.

** emphasis on customer service & being friendly - nothing wrong with smiling and being helpful.

...patients ARE customers, the doctor's rely on repeat business - you need to ensure this happens.

I could tell that they took pride in their office's appearance. It was very well organized and well taken care of. The restrooms were very well-stocked at this provider's office. They always have toilet seat covers, paper towels and toilet paper and never run out. They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. They make sure to treat all their clients equally and without favoritism. I've always hated it when I've seen favoritism going on at other places I've visited. It's nice that it doesn't happen here. Their office equipment was in good shape and looked very current. I felt like everything was very safe.
