WORST DOCTOR ON THIS PLANET! HE IS JUST THERE TO TAKE YOUR MONEY OR YOUR INSURANCE MONEY! HE DOES NOT CARE ABOUT HIS PATIENTS! I ASKED HIM TO REFER ME TO A GOOD OBGYN DOCTOR, INSTEAD HE GAVE ME A DOCTOR FOR COLON. HOW INCOMPETENT IS HE? I DO NOT THINK HE EVEN DESERVES HIS MEDICAL LICENSE!

DO NOT GO TO HIM! HE IS THE WORST DOCTOR EVER!

maybe a good doctor, but ruined by bad staffs... i asked for referral to a specialist, and the doctor approved it, but after 1 week i checked the clinic by phone (staff answered the call) and said the doctor hasn't told her! she told me to come to visit doctor to ask again, and the same happened the 2nd time... i can't call and talk to the doctor.. need to come visit the clinic, which means wait 1 hour minimum and pay the copay :( wasted more than 1 month already, and my eye problem gets worse with the time spent.. enough is enough!

They left me alone in the appointment room for quite a while. They weren't very understanding or caring, and they didn't show empathy for my situation. Office staff not having good attitude when they answer the phone.

Long waits, rude front desk, doctor ignores anything you have to say, all he does is a regular check up which does not include everything needed like a yearly blood test and full physical exam. He is nice when it comes to asking or talking about something non medical related but he is ignorant about anything else.

First, the nurses who are sitting at the front desk are very unhelpful and very unprofessional. I've never ever seen them smile to their visitors, and they cannot answered any questions. The only thing they know is to FORCE their patients to make co-payments at the desk even though it's not the patient's liability to pay just because they are too lazy to check with the insurance company. Second, when patients find out that they weren't charged by mistakes and when they ask for refund, the whole procedure is just pain as hell. The accounting dept. of this office has never ever refunded customers on time even once no matter how many times the patients have called. It feels like they do it purposely and they just hope the patients will give up on the refund. SHAME ON THEM!!! Third, I don't really know how this doctor got his license. I have a 18 months old baby and he was supposed to have a blood test on lead when he was 12 months old, but this doctor just completely skipped this step and he has never ever mentioned it to me even though this is a very import test and it's required by law. I found out with other pediatrician and I took my baby for the test when he is 18 months later. I'm now looking for the right channels to report this doctor. Besides this, I also realized that this doctor has never really physically taken an exam on my baby. Every time we were there for regular check up, the doctor only spent no more than one minute to speak to us and our waiting time was always much more than the exam time.

Miss a referral and caused a very delay treatment (of course, it's not their problem) Not attic. The staff never trained. Almost every time I would ask them a question, they'd refer me to their boss or someone else. They had quite a few interesting magazines, which made my time in the waiting room go by much faster.
