Their prices were very fair. The level of care you get for the price is outstanding. They didn't tell me very much about my treatments' risks and benefits. I still felt like I had to do my own research. I do not agree with the way they do business here, it is always their way or the highway. I was prescribed a medicine but sine Dr. Novak disliked the medicine I could not get it re-prescribed even though it worked amazingly and I HAVE tried everything else. I spend a little too much time in the waiting room. I've waited longer at other offices, but I was hoping to be seen sooner. I was amazed at how poorly they treated me. In the process of trying to change doctors after 3yrs with her.

Yes; the equipment is very advanced!

Not at all, they were one of the kindest, most attentive individuals I've ever met

He/she would never do that! Their full attention is always on me.

They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. Their staff is very friendly and professional. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future.
