I'm usually somewhat sensitive to the cold, so I was a little worried that their office would be too cold, but it was fine. I was very comfortable the entire time. They consistently dismiss my concerns and accuse me of making problems up. I don't trust them to ever actually look into my concerns and see if they're valid. I couldn't believe how rude and inconsiderate they were. I showed up before their scheduled closing time and they said they were closing. They knew I needed help but they still decided to close early. I felt very rushed. They barely spent two minutes with me and almost completely ignored me. I've been to one or two places that had a really bad smell. I was worried I would encounter it here too but I didn't notice anything. I have been upset with this doctor since adding him to my plan. Today really tops it all off. My husband has been having severe headaches and dizziness and when he called the Dr. office they told him to go to the ER and call back after going. We did exactly that and the ER told us to follow up with our Dr. in 1 - 2 days. We called the Dr. office and they wouldn't see my husband for two weeks. Now he can't go back to work without a clearance from his Dr. So after they lied about calling us after 3 cancellations he went down to the office and they told him that he could not wait in the waiting area in case of a cancellation. Well guess who's getting a huge lawsuit if something bad happens. If you want to DIE or be treating horribly go here otherwise stay away!

Definitely! I saw it as soon as I walked in!

Immediately! They gave me a friendly greeting as soon as I walked in
