I was confident that they were using the latest treatment methods. I was seen almost as soon as I walked in the door. I didn't have to reorganize my day around my appointment at all. They were somewhat easy to reach in an emergency. They didn't answer the call at first, but did eventually call me back. They gave me sufficient information to make a decision about my treatment plan.

Dr. Gisi is a wonderful doctor but often very busy and in a hurry. The office staff is often rude and they nickle and dime you for every little thing. It is very hard to get an appointment and they are so double booked patients have to wait a long time before being seen. It is so irritating because if you're late to an appointment it will be cancelled, but when you're on time you have to wait forever.
