Not at all, they were one of the kindest, most attentive individuals I've ever met

The wait wasn't terrible, but it wasn't the best

I waited for more than an hour and nothing happened, I was not seen by Dr. Asher and in my opinion the receptionist clerk is very disorganized . It was not only me who left and walk away for too much waiting in the waiting area. There was another lady who left prior to me with the same issue. The receptionist should attend to those patients in their clinic before answering the phone calls or she could just put those calls on hold but NO she wanted to be on the phone pretending to look busy. So disorganized ! I was very disappointed. I felt like my needs were mostly NOT met, but they didn't make any extra effort. The staff must have not been trained very well. I would never refer any of my family and friends to go here. If I had know how terrible they were I never would have gone.
