The waiting room here is just ok, not big. One thing that I don't appreciate, is that they close exactly at their scheduled time whether someone needs help or not. I can't count on them to help me if I show up even a couple of minutes past their closing time. Most of the time, they don't call me back for quite a while, but they've called me back quickly once or twice. There was lots of available parking at their office. I was glad that I didn't have to drive around looking for parking.

The staff was extremely warm and welcoming, and made every effort to make me feel right at home. They are so friendly and inviting. I was so impressed with how great they were at answering each and every question I had in-depth. They were so patient, and covered all of the bases until I had no more questions. I didn't wait long at all. My appointment started on time, and the wait was much shorter than other offices I have been to.

They always return my phone calls quickly. I always know that I'll get a prompt answer to my question. They didn't pressure me to buy anything I didn't need, which I really appreciated. I've been to other places that pressured me to buy stuff and it always made me very uneasy. It was nice to see them treat their staff with so much respect. It was obvious that they had a good relationship with all of their staff members. They are always polite and never use foul language, which I really appreciate. It's always made me uncomfortable at other places when I've heard them use foul language, but they don't here. I know I can bring my kids, and not worry about it.
