I went to Dr. Hart after my doctor of 30 years retired. I have always had a great relationship with every physician dentist medical staff I’ve ever encountered over my lifetime . That is until Dr. Hart, I tried so hard to be understanding and patient with his lack of professionalism and care. There was not one scheduled appointment that was on time, I waited at least one hour up to two hours in an exam room. Every appointment I had with him, he never remembered me or the medication he had prescribed to me. I went to see him in horrible pain, he never did an exam said it was a pulled muscle, I tried to explain it didn’t feel like that, I told him I had a really bad rash on my lower back still no exam. He sent me home with a muscle relaxer, I went back 3 times in the same week in horrible pain, still no exam. After two more days of excruciating pain my husband took me to Urgent Care within 5 min. The doctor diagnosed me with a very bad case of shingles. Two days later I went back to see Dr. Hart he didn’t remember me or what I had seen him 4 times in almost a week for. When he saw the medication the Urgent Care doctor prescribed he didn’t agree with what he gave me. Instead he said, “I’ve had hundreds of patients that I’ve treated with shingles, if you get shingles diagnosed with the first 24-48 you can take a medication pac that will keep it from getting worse” I started crying and said I tried to tell you and show you I was here 3 times within 24-48 hours, I even called and told the receptionist I would email or text a picture of the rash, he said you would get right back to me and tell me what to do. I waited and waited no call so my husband drove me up to your office. It was closed:((
He got so mad when I told him that, he stood up in frustration and told me to find another doctor. I left in pain with Shingles after waiting in the exam room for 2 hours and 15min. to see him. I sat in my car and cried and then realized it was my wake up call, I deserve a doctor who is professional and who cares, I now have that and it’s amazing!!

So I say…Thank you doctor Hart for forcing me to make that decision for my health and well being.

This was very difficult to write because it was a very painful and horrible experience.

Dr. Hart is the best doctor I have ever had. He is incredibly kind, thoughtful and takes plenty of time with his patients. I never feel rushed and he answers all my questions. I have had some health issues for a few years now. He is very pro-active in my care and never hesitates to order a test or give me a referral when he feels the need to. He LISTENS to me and my complaints with real concern. His staff are all nice as well. He has a great new office with better accommodations.

The wait can be long but he is very attentive and thorough with his patients so it is tolerable. He remebers all his patients and stays up to date and informed on all medications and conditions. Would definitely recommend to others.
