My problem is not with Dr. Lewandowski himself, but with his staff. I don't like to walk in, go up to the reception window, and be ignored for a long time. Yes, maybe only a couple of minutes, but that seems like an eternity when you're expecting, as a minimum, to be given a friendly, or at least polite, greeting. It made me feel like I simply didn't matter. After a 14-year long relationship with this doctor, I didn't expect that. And all I was doing was picking up a prescription! At the time, I told the staff member responsible that I would be looking for another physician, but I'd prefer that this person learn better customer service skills and just not do this again! I don't want to let one incident ruin a long-term ralationship with what I consider to be a good doctor.

Love how Dr. Lewandowski sits and talks to you. Most of my other doctors just look at a computer screen. His staff is so nice and remember my name every time (I only go in maybe 3-5 times a year)! If your looking for a PCP he's your man!!

I never had to doubt their qualifications. They made their credentials completely obvious, which made me feel a lot safer. Their office equipment was in good shape and looked very current. I felt like everything was very safe. They were ready to see me when I showed up for my appointment. I never had to wait for them to show up. I've been places before where they were argumentative and angry, so I was nervous that I would encounter that here as well. Instead, they were very calm and understanding the entire time. I could tell they really care about everyone who visits them. They are always prepared for my appointment and remember everything about me.

Absolutely not. I was forced to call the emergency room.
