I could tell that they took pride in their office's appearance. It was very well organized and well taken care of. They would never suggest that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me. They were always very considerate and professional. They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen. Putting their customers first is definitely a priority here and it shows. I love how attentive they are here. Even when notified that they have a personal phone call, they always wait to take it later. Their full attention is always on me and it makes me feel special.

I first went to Dr. Redding for a physical. Somehow, they didn't expect a physical which takes a lot of time from the physician. It may have been my fault, but you'd never have known they even thought such a thing. Dr. Redding worked a full schedule plus my physical and treating several issues he found along the way. Wow, does this guy work hard! The change from my previous doctor was startling as the front office staff was easy to reach and very helpful as well. Like Dr. Redding!
