The waiting room here is spacious and the staff is great. Unfortunately, that is the only good thing I can say.I spent an average amount of time in the waiting room,but I've waited longer at other offices. There was lots of available parking at their office. This isn't about parking or the size of the waiting room, though. The important thing is the doctor's diagnostic skills, and they were very poor. His diagnostic procedure was off the cuff and not based on tests. I would never refer any of my family and friends to go here. If I had know how terrible they were I never would have gone.

I wouldn't feel comfortable sending my friends and family here. Their care was less than stellar. I am not going to refer my family and friends here. I just wasn't that impressed. I was glad that they were located in a safe neighborhood. I've been to some other places where I was scared to get out of my car but not here. They didn't display their qualifications. It made me nervous. My appointments get canceled here a lot. I usually just go to someone else in the area because I can't count on them ever. They book an appointment for anyone that calls, even if it overrides existing patients. Diagnoses are sometimes made without confirming by tests. Dr Whitehurst has a short temper, and I have witnessed him yelling at a patient about very personal things within easy earshot of all the employees and everyone in the waiting room.
