They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. Their staff was friendly enough, but they didn't go out of their way to help me. I was very satisfied with my visit. They were helpful and I left feeling encouraged. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all.
Dr. Ball likes to give the patient plenty of time for a visit and to make him/her feel comfortable to ask questions. However his scheduling needs to reflect that; i.e. can't then schedule like Carillon but allot a Dr. Ball appt time. Because he is a popular doctor who stretches himself too thinly, you end up having to go elsewhere for issues that arise between physicals. My only question in terms of his recommendations has to do with requesting me for the last two years to come in every 6 months for bloodwork when I really don't have pressing health concerns or medications. I guess you give up something to get something so I'll probably stick with him as my primary care physician.
