Dr. Ball is great. IF you ever get in to see him. For a physical, he's good. If you have 8 months to hold off on getting in and 3 hours to wait once you get to your "appointment". His staff is rude, unorganized and so unfriendly that it makes me feel sorry for them. They must really hate their career choice.
I have never once called there and not been put on hold for a minimum of 5 minutes. If you get sick you always have to see another doctor & plan on waiting for at least an hour in the waiting room and an hour in the actual exam room. They just don't care about people at all there. I have sat in the waiting room and could not believe how they spoke to elderly sick people. I have finally transferred to another doctor and I wish I had done it so long ago. My husband feels the same way.

You may have to wait for Dr. Ball, but it's worth it. By the time you get in to see him, you're not rushed at all. He will listen to everything you have to say and recommend how to proceed with your problems. He really cares, so I don't mind waiting while other patients are treated the same.
