They ignored my questions and my appointment seemed rushed. Their staff was not friendly at all, I didn't feel welcome there. They didn't help me as much as I was hoping and didn't answer all my questions. I was feeling achy and had a very high fever.
Dr. Leong told me I had an upper respiratory infection,wrote a prescription. A week
later I was back same symptoms, he ignored my questions and concerns and was
in the process of writing out the same prescription again. I demanded a chest x-ray.
And I had pneumonia! Also was a type 2 diabetic for over a year while seeing him
my doctor I have now caught it in time. I am on metaformin,but at least I feel safe
with my new physician!!!

The waiting area here is extremely spacious. There is never overcrowding and everything is spaced appropriately. I will absolutely return. I had an amazing experience, and they were by far the best I've ever seen. They gave about the same level of care as others I have been to for the same problem. They make an extra effort to get to know their patients and find out what they need. They always remember me and make me feel very important. They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous.

The physician should NOT be allowed to work with the public. The Dr. talked very fast and since I was sick I asked a question about the instructions he was giving me and then he told me to "shut up and listen". I have found him to be very unprofessional several times. I also will add that he was very condescending on a second visit. I will NEVER see him again, probably won't visit this office again either only because I fear having to see him. I love Amy Hovis, wish all physicians were as wonderful, patient and helpful as she was to me on several appts.
