The first time I called to schedule an appointment & ask questions that are your normal questions... for example verifying that they do in fact accept my health care insurance provider before scheduling & if they could direct me to a web page or any biographical information on Dr. Harold D. Lewis... which with other doctors I have never had any problems getting answers to these questions & in a friendly manner. The woman that took my phone call was EXTREMELY rude & refused to answer any of my questions & nor make an appointment with me. When I asked why she refused to make an appointment with me she responded by telling me that she could not & would not verify my health care provider as being accepted & assigned by my health care provider even though I have the card & verification # that my health care provider provided with me to make the appointment since they had assigned him as my Primary Care Family Doctor. Considering the treatment & how the initial contact made on my attempt with this office & also after reading the reviews here I have to wonder & question the validity of any of the more positive reviews. I was left with a very uneasy & 'run for the hills' to find another doctor as quickly as possible feeling. If one can't even get through the initial contact with the office staff with out a pleasant feeling than I highly doubt that this office nor this doctor deserves any stars or recommendations on my part.

Dr Harold Lewis orders lab work that is completely inappropriate for your visit, just so he can bill your insurance. I visited Lewis for anxiety, while pregnant and he orders me some lab work to check my thyroid (I'm over weight) which makes no sense whats-so-ever.If I was underweight and had anxiety maybe it would be thyriod, but not over. Couple days later the nurse calls me to schedule an appointment to discuss my test results. I asked for the results to be sent to my OBGYN, so I went in signed the release form and have yet to have them fax the results to my OB. It's been a month.

Harold Lewis treated me like I was nothing. The whole 2 minute appointment he had his back towards me while looking at something on the counter top. He then left me in the room with no answered questions, nor did he ask me anything! I left there crying. I will never go back, or recommend this place. Very poor bedside manner!

I was able to relax during my appointment here. Everyone makes sure you are comfortable and at ease. They didn't pressure me to buy anything I didn't need, which I really appreciated. I've been to other places that pressured me to buy stuff and it always made me very uneasy. I was left in the appointment room by myself, but they did return in a prompt manner.
