They were very qualified and knowledgeable. I could tell that they've been doing their job well for quite a while. I didn't have to wait at all after I arrived for my appointment. They were running right on time, which is a really big deal for me. I could tell that they took pride in their office's appearance. It was very well organized and well taken care of.

I must say I am very confused and concerned after reading the reviews for Dr. Lewis. At first I was amazed and thought I had found an awesome Dr. to call my own. ** HOWEVER, the fabulous reviews sounded so similar, I had the feeling that the same individual wrote them, maybe not, but they also included info that was unusual (his staff loves working there!!)?? I am 55 and have been to numerous Dr offices and have never had the staff talk about how they love or hate working there. Anyway, I read on hoping I was being paranoid and that the reviews were real. YIKES there are some really really really bad ones there. I also found a listing for him as being a methadone clinic. I believe I will do a walk in at the office just to see for myself how clean, quiet and relaxing the office is and how helpful and nice the staff is when I ask a few questions. One other concern is that they do not have a website which is unusual now a days. It sucks that we have to be so careful when doing something so innocent as looking for a Dr. I hope the good reviews are correct and the bad ones are lies. If not shame on you Dr Lewis. I also saw a report on how companies pay individuals to give them good reviews and how companies give competitiors bad reviews so you sould really look at the middle of the road reviews when doing your reseach. Sleezy sleezy world we live in. Good luck!

I always have the best experience every time I have an appointment here. Although I have not had much to complain about, I have noticed that they strongly adhere to the customer is always right policy and if anything goes wrong make every effort to correct the situation. They always made sure that I wasn't in any pain. They explained all the risks and benefits of my treatment options. Everything was explained in detail, all my questions were answered, and I felt a lot better about choosing a treatment plan.
