Not at all, they were one of the kindest, most attentive individuals I've ever met

They always go above and beyond to help me with anything I need. They never complain about anything, and I know I can always count on them. They were by far one of the best I've ever seen in their field. It was obvious that they've been exceeding their clients' expectations for many years. They are completely committed to helping me as long as it takes to find the best solution. I never have to worry that they'll back out or give up if a solution isn't reached immediately, which has been a problem for me at other places. They explained all the risks and benefits of my treatment options. Everything was explained in detail, all my questions were answered, and I felt a lot better about choosing a treatment plan. A couple of times they've stayed open a few minutes past their closing time to help me, but most of the time they'll close at their scheduled time whether someone needs help or not.

Absolutely not! I was seen right away!

Not at all! They are always respectful and courteous!

We have been with Dr. Robb for years now. We feel extremely fortunate to have him, and hope he continues to practice for many years to come. Everyone on his staff is awesome, and even though he is very busy, he ALWAYS takes whatever time is necessary when we see him to ensure that any concern or health issue you have is addressed. I am in my late 50's,and have lived in many locations, prior to moving here 16 years ago and finding Dr. Robb. He is without any doubt the best doctor we have ever had. He always keeps abreast of new technology, drugs, etc. and works with a great group of specialists that he will send you to if needed. We have referred many of our friends to him, and every last one of them thanked us, agreeing he is the best Doctor they have ever had. What else can I say, we love him, and his staff.
