HSE deserves 5 stars & then some!!! :D I love this place! The NP's there are wonderful BUT I'm always SUPER excited when I get to see Dr. Ermac. He is the best hands down! (& I'm a harsh critique!) Dr. Ermac is very personable & extremely intellegent. I always feel like I'm his only patient on the books when I come in. He takes extra time to answer all questions/concerns & even make a little side talk. (Which always puts me at ease, no matter my ailment!) the offices are always so clean & orderly. The staff is friendly w/smiles galore. My 2 year old was difficult today & was behaving pretty badly... One of the MA's came to the rescue w/a butterfinger which kept her at peace for the rest of my appointment. It's the little things that scream LOUDLY w/their customer service skills! I refer all my family & friends here bc I feel blessed to have the best MD in town! <3

Dr. Ermac is horrible, condescending, rude, hostile, and unprofessional. He was hurried and very confrontational about a comment I made to an assistant Their staff was so-so, I didn't feel welcome there. They didn't help me as much as I was hoping and didn't answer all my questions. The office was easy enough to find. I would never visit them again. I felt violated and extremely upset when I left

I was referred to Dr. Ermac by a friend a few years ago and he was a very attentive doctor who actually cared! I was looking on the website to find his number bc i want to go back to someone i feel secure with and listens to me! Thank you Dr. Ermac and your wonderful staff!

There are better doctors in his group. He won't spend any time with you nor will allow you to talk. Cypress is full of great doctors and he's not one. If you're looking for a quick refill he's the doctor. If you call to make an appointment you get in the next day. I should have known better when my appointment was the next day. next time i'll read the reviews.......The nurse and staff are great!!!!! maybe its from working with the other doctors.
