Dr Pentschev is very rude and so unprofessional, the manager and staff refects his crappy attitude as well I would never want my family to go there. not only do the patients wait three hours there but he leave patient care to fight over parking spaces and move his $150,000 car so rude

I am a caregiver and have been going to this office with my recipient. Theres always so many people and they take forever. We waited in the lobby for im not kidding 1hr and a half and we were seen with a doctor for 5 mins. Its ridiculous. If it was up to me i would change his dr.

I have been going to this doctor's office for about 2 years now and I loved it until Rosemary left. She was a great Doctor. I went to the doctor today and saw a different Doctor than usual and I am searching for a new place to go. It feels really rushed and they left me with more questions than answers. It took an hour and a half wait to see a doctor and when I saw one she just came in and said that they were going to do a blood test and I was out the door in 10 minutes. I didn't even get to ask anything about my condition and what was wrong with me. I didnt even get to tell her any of my symptoms. She just left me real worried and anxious because I don't know what is wrong with me and if it's serious or not. The medical assistants are really disconnected from the patient's and they arnt nice. I seriously think Wal-Mart greeters have more to say then the medical assistants that work there.

Have tried to change my name several times within this last year because I got married. Office still can't get it right though I've let them take at least three copies of my license. Also office girl Jodi called and asked for the patents of (my maiden name) to remind them that she has an appointment. I am a 24 year old married woman. No one needs to contact my parents for me. Confidentiality violated and needs to get my name and age straight.

The Squaw Valley office was very careless with my personal information. I will be writing a letter to HIPPA. The front desk girl Jodi, gave too much information to my son in law and my father. I feel violated. No one needs to know my personal information. I have lost confidence in that office. Also, the appointment she was confirming for me with my family was for a completely different date of which she blamed me for by saying my family even knew. I know my work schedule, more attention needs to be paid and info kept confidential.

Love the nurses always so friendly with a smile on their faces. Maria & Veronica were so sweet def my fav. Dr. Rosemary was also very nice & funny. I Definitely recommend.

The nurses here are very nice & friendly Veronica & Maria are my favorite always with a smile on their face. I also like that they take walk ins even if your a little late they still work with you. I recommend been here for four years & never had a problem
