I have been seeing Dr. Barnes for 10 years now and would never even think of visiting another doctor now. He answers every question in detail and in "english". Absolutely wonderful.

I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. I am going to refer everyone I know here. I absolutely love this place. The waiting area here is extremely spacious. There is never overcrowding and everything is spaced appropriately. They explained all the risks and benefits of my treatment options. Everything was explained in detail, all my questions were answered, and I felt a lot better about choosing a treatment plan.

They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen. Putting their customers first is definitely a priority here and it shows. They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. There was no annoying music playing while I waited or during my visit. I appreciated that they didn't have that typical elevator music on. They were one of the kindest, most caring staff I've ever dealt with. It didn't matter how many times I called with a question or concern, they were always happy to help me. I will definitely refer my friends and family here. They were great and I think more people should know about them.

It is impossible to get an appointment at their office. They are always booked and have a long waiting list. I was glad that they were located in a safe neighborhood. I've been to some other places where I was scared to get out of my car but not here. Their staff was not that friendly, and didn't go out of their way to make me feel welcome.
