They were late a few times to my appointments. The reason they would run behind schedule is because the Doctor NEVER turned away a patient. However, patient with scheduled appointment had priority . They would never suggest that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me. They were always very considerate and professional. What I really loved was how friendly the doctor and staff were here. I felt so welcome and will definitely be with them for the long haul. I was so impressed with how great they were at answering each and every question I had in-depth. They were so patient, and covered all of the bases until I had no more questions. They are so kind and caring, and they stay open way past their closing time to help anyone who needs them and have been known to work into their break time to follow through with patient care with professionalism and courtesy. They wouldn't deny anyone needed help. I know I can always count on them.

Their office was nice and quiet. I was worried it would be overly loud but it was fine. the front desk staff is very very NOT nice at all I eventually found a parking spot after cruising around a little bit. I wish they had more convenient parking available. They are not the friendliest doctor in the world, but they are nice enough. I can't really complain about their bedside manner. Doctor is vry friendly. Phone call, i have call a few times to make n appt and they just live hanging

I didn't have to wait at all after I arrived for my appointment. They were running right on time, which is a really big deal for me. They were very polite and helpful and made sure that I had everything I needed. They were easy to reach in an emergency. When I called they answered right away and I was so relieved to hear a friendly voice. One of the first things I noticed about this business was how many different areas of the building were handicap-accessible. I have been to other places where I couldn't tell how someone in a wheelchair could even enter, but they really spent a lot of time to accommodate people with all different needs.
