They ignored my questions and my appointment seemed rushed. Their staff was not friendly at all, I didn't feel welcome there. They didn't help me as much as I was hoping and didn't answer all my questions. The doctor behaved as though I was bothering him. The office was easy enough to find. I would never visit them again. I was very disappointed. The office manager, is a B**ch!

I didn't have to wait at all after I arrived for my appointment. They were running right on time, which is a really big deal for me. The waiting area here is extremely spacious. There is never overcrowding and everything is spaced appropriately. Everything they told me in the beginning ended up turning out exactly the way they said it would. They were able to provide me everything they promised me. I've never doubted their abilities. I was left in the appointment room by myself, but they eventually returned. Dr. Kennedy takes time with me each time I visit and is well versed on all medications. I can usually get right in when I call.

The doctor was so friendly and nice, I really couldn't ask for more. I felt so welcome there. I had to wait for a little while after I arrived for my appointment, but I've had to wait longer at other places. They've never dismissed any of my concerns as unimportant, and take every concern of mine very seriously.
