They have a very good professional reputation. I know that I'm under the care of an expert. I always have the best experience every time I have an appointment here. Although I have not had much to complain about, I have noticed that they strongly adhere to the customer is always right policy and if anything goes wrong make every effort to correct the situation. I know that they have a lot of clients here so I understand that they many not remember my name every time, but I am always really impressed when I walk in the door and am greeted by name. They always try to make the effort and for this I am grateful. I had to wait for a little while after I arrived for my appointment, but I've had to wait longer at other places. I spend a little too much time in the waiting room. I've waited longer at other offices, but I was hoping to be seen sooner.
