First off, let me say that the reviews of Dr. Murphy speak to the fact that she is probably a great doctor and that makes me even more upset because I will never know that for myself. Long story short, after several phone calls by my wife, and one previous scheduling mistake (by the receptionist Mal), we showed up for our appointments for physicals and blood work on a Monday. After filling out all of the office paperwork and waiting for approx. 20 minutes, Mal informed us that the office doesn't do blood work on Mondays, only Wednesdays (even though she confirmed on the phone several times prior that the appointment was for a physical and blood work). We were given scripts to Quest to get the blood work done and told to come back another time for our appointments. Unfortunately, this was not an option for us since we had traveled to Tequesta from overseas specifically for these appointments and were scheduled to return the next day. During the conversation, Mal basically called my wife a liar with regards to what was said on the phone during the previous calls, so emotions were high and voices were raised by Mal and myself and we were asked to leave. My wife tried to calmly talk to Mal about the situation and she slammed the window in her face saying that the conversation was over. Why it was tolerable for her to be rude to my wife (who had not be rude to her at all) and not for me to be rude to her is unknown and unacceptable. At no point, did she accept any responsibility for the problem at hand or show any kind of understanding for our frustration. Vanessa, an office manager came out to try and help and she was very professional and courteous, as was the nurse who came to speak to us) but Mal had completely lost her patience at that point and refused to talk to us, or let us speak as she completely went off on us. Since I was upsetting Mal, my wife asked me to step outside. She continued to speak to Mal trying to diffuse the situation at which point Mal threatened to call the police if she didn't leave and counted down (3....2.....1....) to her like she was a child. This was completely uncalled for and unacceptable. The fact that there was a sign right next to the receptionist window saying they will not tolerate rudeness, shows that this is probably not the first time something like this has happened. I just hope that by writing this review, Dr. Murphy will perhaps take a look into the treatment of her patients, both current and future, by her staff and make adjustments because as long as Mal is still working there, treating people disrespectfully, I expect she is going to be losing more patients. and no one that we know will ever go there based on her lack of professionalism.

He/she would never do that! Their full attention is always on me.

I have already recommended them to my friends and loved ones. I was so impressed with their care and treatment! The restrooms at this office were spotless. It smelled amazing in there and looked immaculate. Just as a side note, I was very impressed with how conveniently located this business was and how close it was to other shopping centers. It was so easy to find, I didn't have any trouble at all.

They always dress so professionally here, the entire staff obviously makes an effort to look their best and maintain a very professional appearance. I am going to refer everyone I know here. I absolutely love this place. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. They always make sure to return my phone call as soon as possible. They've never left me waiting. One thing I noticed about their office was how absolutely fantastic it smelled. They must clean or sanitize all the time.
