I don't feel like I can count on them to work with me until they find a solution for my situation. They always seem like they're going to give up on me. It was very clear that they didn't take pride in their office's appearance. In fact, the office was disgusting. Everyone should be aware of the fact that this business is not in a very safe neighborhood. It was not what I was expecting and I was pretty scared to get out of my car. Let me just say, I was pretty shocked that this business was in such a bad neighborhood. It's not what I was expecting when I made the appointment and I did not feel safe. It was pretty hard to find the building, but I eventually found it. I was never able to relax during my appointment. I was on edge the whole time. Not to Mention that He has HORRIBLE BUSINESS PRACTICES!!! He will schedule patients every 15 min and make them all wait for Hours on end... I have personally waited until 11pm to be seen before after arriving at 3 pm for my 3:15pm appointment. Also If you choose to stay with him... do not ever need him in between appointments for a refill or anything else for that matter because he could care less... STAY CLEAR OF THIS &*(^&*%^&%$ Doctor... I think Doctor may be stretching it a bit though.. Hope it helps!!

I did not actually see this doctor, but spend over 30 minutes trying to get an appointment I never received. After the receptionist picked up the phone, I was transferred to "Steve" who hastily said, "I'm too busy to talk to you right now" and hung up on me before I could even give him my contact info. I called back to see why he hung up on me, and then he said, "you know what, we're not taking any new clients right now". I have my own legal practice, and if my clients, or potential clients, were ever treated so horribly, I wouldn't have a practice. How are these people in business?? Oh yeah, I forgot. This doctor is also a suboxone clinic, and I guess junkies would put up with this kind of treatment, but not me.

Absolutely! I never have a problem!

Absolutely! I'm always able to get my questions answered over the phone right away!

Absolutely, even the bathrooms are handicap-accessible

I had to wait for a little while.

I was completely at ease during my appointment here. They went to great lengths to make sure I was completely relaxed and comfortable the entire time. They've never been late to any of my appointments. I've even showed up early sometimes and they've always been ready and prepared. Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they take time out of their day to send me a reminder so I don't forget. They are extremely reliable.

I have a family member who goes here and it's a JOKE! Even though your appt is set for a certain time, you ALWAYS have to wait at least *2-3 HOURS* to actually be seen by the dr for about 15 minutes. If you need to reach him after hours, GOOD LUCK! He treats his patients like this because he's one of the few suboxone dr's in the area that don't way overcharge. In addition, the fact that he prescribes muscle relaxers to suboxone patients is highly questionable. If I had my way my family member would NOT even go to this quack anymore.

My appointments don't usually get canceled here, but it's not unheard of either. I never know, it's usually a 50-50 chance. They weren't horribly inexperienced, but I was hoping for someone with more experience. I wasn't sure they'd be able to help me. They were extremely late to all my appointments. I always had to wait over an hour for them to show up.

I didn't experience any unnecessary pain during my visit, and I was amazed at how much better I felt after I left. I really admire them for being more than willing to ask for help from other professionals in the field when they don't have an answer to my question. They aren't even slightly arrogant, and I'm confident they always have my best interest at heart. Every time I come here they always remember me by name and greet me as soon as I walk in the door, even if it's been months since my last appointment. They are so thoughtful and amazingly sweet, I just love this place. I was amazed at how wonderfully they treated each of their staff members. They were so appreciative and thankful. I've never seen any employer treat their staff better, and it made me want to come back that much more.
