he doesn't listen and even came to one of my visits drunk he was quick to tell me he was the boss and that what he said goes. I wanted to go down on pain meds but he did not want me to later when I went to the pharmacy I found out that my pain med was filled in someone's name that was a staff number in the clinic So, I spent a month in pain not to mention the shame of the pharmacist telling me that someone filled my prescription already. I honestly could go on and on but I think you get the idea. I wouldn't recommend this doctor he has a bad history and he has a really bed side manner. When I tried to ask him questions he ignored me. No matter what ppl say I think he's a drug man in more than one way, he will use your name to take meds in your name,

Not very well. I had to really look for it before I found it.

No, I left with more problems than I came with!

Definitely not. They were unaware of my situation, even though they had my information

Very, they contradicted everything I said and became very angry

They answered most of my questions but I could have used more information. The medical staff is friendly enough but the front desk staff are not real friendly. The billing person can be quite rude. I went to another doctor and finally received a proper diagnosis and treatment. Won't be going back to Dr. Hawk.

I was worried that they were going to wear an obnoxious cologne, because I've dealt with that at other places, but they didn't even wear cologne. It was fantastic to be able to breathe freely the entire time. I am always so impressed with how quickly my calls are answered here. I am never put on hold for a long time and love knowing that if I have a quick question I won't have to wait a half hour through terrible music to get it answered. The restrooms at this office were spotless. It smelled amazing in there and looked immaculate.

Office staff was VERY unprofessional... No problem with medical staff, they were very helpful, knowledgeable but as due to lousy office staff I will never be going back again. Office staff were busy talking about non work issues to take time to help.
